Meet Anji
Bridging the Science of Wellbeing with the wisdom of living soulfully
For more than 25 years, I've dedicated my professional life to helping individuals and organizations create healthier, more fulfilling lives.
My career in health promotion, population health, and workplace wellbeing has given me a deep understanding of the strategies, systems, and behaviors that support health. I've worked with organizations to develop meaningful wellness initiatives, coached individuals through lifestyle change, and taught the foundations of sustainable wellbeing.
But throughout my journey, I've also been drawn to something deeper.
Long before wellness became an industry of apps, trackers, and endless self-improvement strategies, people looked to the rhythms of nature, the wisdom of the body, and contemplative practices to cultivate balance, meaning, and connection.
These traditions have informed my own life and teaching for decades.
Today, through Soulful Living with Anji, I'm bringing these worlds together.
I believe the future of wellbeing lies not in choosing between science and spirituality, but in thoughtfully integrating contemporary health knowledge with the practices that help us slow down, become more self-aware, and reconnect with what matters most.
My approach weaves together evidence-informed wellbeing strategies, yoga and embodied awareness, seasonal wisdom, meditation, reflection, and intuitive development.
I work with individuals navigating life's transitions, people seeking a deeper connection with their own inner wisdom, and organizations ready to create more human-centered cultures of wellbeing.
Whether I'm facilitating a leadership workshop, guiding a yoga practice, offering intuitive coaching, or creating a retreat experience, my intention remains the same:
To help people reconnect with themselves, rediscover their inner wisdom, and live and lead with greater intention.
Because wellbeing isn't simply about how long we live or how much we accomplish.
It's about how deeply we experience the life we're living.

My approach to wellbeing is grounded in more than 25 years of professional experience in health promotion, population health, and workplace wellbeing, complemented by extensive education and training in integrative and contemplative practices.

The Soul Whisperer Behind the Wisdom
Beyond the degrees, certifications, and years of professional experience, there's another dimension to my work—one that has always been an essential part of who I am.
I've long been fascinated by the unseen threads that connect us to ourselves, to one another, to nature, and to something greater than ourselves.
My own spiritual journey has led me to explore intuitive development, ancient wisdom traditions, and practices that invite us to listen more deeply—to our bodies, our hearts, and the quiet voice of inner knowing.
Over the years, I've come to recognize that one of my greatest gifts is my ability to sense what often goes unspoken and unseen, create space for meaningful conversations, and help others discover insights that may have been waiting just beneath the surface.
It's why I affectionately call myself a Soul Whisperer.
Whether I'm guiding a meditation, facilitating a workshop, offering an intuitive reading, or working with someone one-on-one, I bring both my professional knowledge and my intuitive awareness into the experience.
I don't believe we need to choose between the practical and the spiritual, between evidence and intuition, or between modern knowledge and ancient wisdom.
I believe there is room for all of it—when approached with curiosity, discernment, and an open heart.
And perhaps that's what Soulful Living is really about.
Learning to trust the wisdom we've gathered, honor the wisdom we've inherited, and listen to the wisdom that lives within us.
