Rooted in Nature's Rhythms: In this gentle, all-levels flow yoga class, we will explore what it means to root our body and breath in the rhythms of nature and honor the earth of our being for optimal health & wellbeing. We'll explore seasonal themes and how to integrate them into your practice, on and off the yoga mat. Please bring your yoga mat, water bottle, and any personal props you would like to use. The studio will have some available for use. Bring a journal and pen (optional) for capturing any wisdom or insights from class.

Anji's Bio: Anji is an expert in the health & wellness field and has been teaching yoga for over 20 years. Her style blends reverent ritual, traditional wellbeing wisdom, and her intuitive gifts to create a truly sacred embodied experience. She has studied with such teachers as Shiva Rea, David Life and Sharon Gannon, and Marla Apt, and was the founder of The Dharma Room yoga studio in Sioux Falls, SD. She has facilitated transformational yoga retreats at Prairiewoods, and is passionate about helping others achieve their highest and best.
